I want to share with you about my friends’ company, Epicurean Creative, whose essence is about celebrating the art and craft of food.
“From insightful narratives of sustainable, artisan and small batch food-related producers to tours, retreats and workshops focused on the food arts, Epicurean Creative’s aim is to create a community of like-minded people to share their stories and talents, hone their craft and inspire authentic connections. Our mission is to deliver inspirational experiences that educate, encourage and support creative activities in the food arts.”
Not only are the people behind Epicurean Creative super talented and passionate, but they want to share their talents and love for the art and craft of food with others. To me this combination of professional skill, passion and generosity is a winning combination. And it’s all about food!!! People, I’m in love!
Their next event on Saturday, May 14th, is their basic photography course with photographer and artist, Pam Bolig.
“Join Epicurean Creative and Pam Bolig Photography for Appetites & Apertures a fundamental photography course focusing on the basics with food as the subject. We will go through camera fundamentals, discuss the three elements that create a good photograph, explore your camera’s focus spot options and work with natural light to create compelling images.
You will walk away from the workshop with confidence to start telling your ultimate visual stories. Registration is now open! Visit www.epicureancreative.com to reserve your spot today.”
I took this course and it was amazing, fun and so helpful!!! Aside from the wonderful people I met, the best part was the amount of time set aside to practice everything we learned. This course made me want to participate in all of their events.
